The invoice updates as you type, on the left-hand editor or a separate Preview tab on small screens.
Totals, discounts and tax
Percentage or fixed discounts per item and for the whole invoice, one tax rate or a rate per item, shipping, payments received and the balance due.
Ten currencies
USD, EUR, GBP, SAR, AED, CAD, AUD, INR, PKR and JPY, shown with the right decimals. Amounts are never converted.
Eight templates
Switch layouts at any time without losing what you typed. Change the accent color, footer text and payment terms.
Your logo
Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo up to 300 KB and it appears on every template.
Print or save as PDF
A print layout that keeps tables readable on A4 or Letter. Save as PDF from your browser's print window.
Customers and products
Save customers and products or services, reuse them on new invoices, and see each customer's totals and balance.
Invoice history
Search, filter and sort saved invoices, duplicate them, and set statuses such as Draft, Sent or Paid yourself.
Backup and privacy
Records stay in your browser. Export a JSON backup and import it on another device whenever you like.
What it does not do
Lumara does not send email, take payments, create recurring invoices or sync between devices, and it does not track whether a customer has opened an invoice. It does not give tax advice, so enter the tax rates that apply to you.
