Yes. You can create, print and save as many invoices as you like without paying, and there are no watermarks. The Create Invoice page can show one ad below the tool, but only if you accept advertising cookies. Ads never appear on invoices or PDFs.

No. There is no account and no login. Open the Create Invoice page and start typing.

Yes, through your browser. Download PDF opens your browser's print window, where you choose Save as PDF as the destination. Lumara does not create or upload the file itself, so the result is saved on your own device. You can pick A4 or Letter paper in that window.

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 300 KB. It appears on every template. It is remembered in your browser, and invoices use the logo currently saved there.

Yes. You can apply one tax rate to the whole invoice or a different rate to each item, and label it Tax, VAT or GST. Discounts are applied before tax. You enter the rate yourself, because Lumara does not know your local rules. It is not tax or legal advice.

US dollar, euro, British pound, Saudi riyal, UAE dirham, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Indian rupee, Pakistani rupee and Japanese yen. Changing the currency only changes how amounts are displayed. Nothing is converted.

In your browser's local storage on the device you are using. They are not uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data, or using private browsing, can remove them. If you accept advertising on the Create Invoice page, the ad network's script runs on that page, so decline advertising if you prefer that nothing third-party runs there.

Yes. The layout adapts to small screens, with Edit and Preview tabs. Saving as PDF from a phone depends on your browser's print options.

Not automatically, because nothing is synced. Use Export Data on the My Invoices page to download a backup file, then Import Data on the other device.

No. Invoices are built manually, and the calculations are done by ordinary code in your browser.
