Lumara Invoice Generator is a tool for laying out and calculating invoices. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and nothing on this site should be relied on as such.

You are responsible for your invoices

The tool calculates totals from the quantities, prices, discounts, tax rates and payments you enter. Tax rates, tax or VAT numbers, required invoice wording and legal formats differ between countries and change over time. We don't check them, and we can't guarantee that an invoice meets the rules that apply to you. Please verify every invoice before you send it.

Calculations and currencies

Amounts are rounded to each currency's usual decimals at every step, and discounts are applied before tax. Changing the currency only changes how amounts are displayed. No exchange rates are used and nothing is converted.

Your data

Invoices, customers and settings are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us. We can't recover them if they are cleared or lost, so export a backup of anything important.

PDFs, printing, email and sharing

PDFs are produced by your own browser's print function, so the result can vary between browsers and devices. Lumara does not send email or invoices for you. The Email and Share buttons only open your own email or sharing app.
